It’s always a good idea to research new prospects – both the company they work for and the person themselves. By showing an interest you are essentially telling the prospect that they are as important to you as is their business. The web is an obvious place to start and you can find a surprising large amount of both professional and personal information – perhaps too much personal information sometimes!
A new feature in Maximizer CRM is the ability to research contacts on the web with one click. This feature is available under Search and Web and presents you with a list of search applications to use such as Facebook, Google, Linkedin and others. You simply choose the search application and voila!
