Maximizer CRM integration with MS Outlook
By Nicole Whitehorn
Nowadays you would be surprised to find a company that doesn’t make use of Microsoft Outlookfor both internal and external communication. The challenge is that everyone has their own personal inbox and this means that email correspondence between employees and customers or suppliers is stored there instead of in a central database. This hinders the transparency within an organisation regarding its customers and can have a negative impact on customer service.
With Maximizer CRM the seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook alleviates this problem. A Maximizer tab is created in Microsoft Outlook, which allows you to automatically save emails to the corresponding Address book entry within Maximizer CRM. You can even save an email to a corresponding Customer Service Case or Sales Opportunity related to that individual.
There is also the option to “save and track” an email, allowing any email received with the same subject line from an individual to automatically be saved in their Documents tab within Maximizer CRM as soon as the email lands in your inbox.
Once the emails are saved in Maximizer CRM, any user with the necessary security and read rights will be able to see the details of the email saved. This will assist with customer service and save a lot of time should a customer contact your company as the latest correspondence with that customer will be easy to retrieve.
