Interactions Tab
Interactions tab means all your customer communications are now in one place.
Maximizer have made it simpler to manage customer interactions, including all your calls, emails, chat, SMS, and meetings, by consolidating them in the new Interactions tab. Notes and documents will still be found in their respective tabs.
Important: Saved emails will no longer be displayed in the Documents tab and will now be available in the Interactions tab.
The Interactions feature delivers so much more:
- Set default values, representative of shared values of fields, for interactions as well as emails.
- Add default and custom interaction types from under the Interactions tab.
- View additional interactions details by selecting additional columns under the Interactions.
- New report called the Consolidated Interactions that contains interactions associated with all users
in order to give a complete view of the customer communications. - Advanced Search just got more powerful by allowing you to use Interactions as search qualifiers to look for records in the Address Book, Leads, Opportunities, and Customer Service modules.
Emails as interactions:
- Emails will be categorised as interactions.
- Any emails sent from Maximizer, or saved from MS Outlook, will be displayed in the Interactions tab/widget. To save emails as interactions you must have document Insert & Modify rights.
Moving interactions when deleting, moving, converting or combining an entry:
- When you delete a contact, the interaction with the contact with be moved to the parent company/individual.
- When you convert (example; converting an individual to a contact), the interactions will be moved with the entry.
- When you move a contact from one company to another, or combine multiple entries into one (duplicates) and you choose to delete the source entry, the interaction will be moved to the target entry.
- Duplicating an entry will not copy the interaction from the source to the target entry.
