FAQ: How do I get Maximizer CRM 12 & Groupwise 2014 to work on MS Windows 7 64bit

Q: Once Maximizer and Groupwise has been installed, I get the following error when logging into Maximizer with my username: ODBC driver error. Login failed for Username Master.
A: Please follow this procedure:
- Open Control Panel
- Select Default Programs
- Set your Default Programs
- Select Novell GroupWise
- Select Set This Program as Default (Not all Defaults are selected by Default)
- Log in to GroupWise as user
- Open Maximizer
- Login as MASTER
- Select Email (Left Column)
- GroupWise Mailbox Window opens up in Maximizer
- Wait for Mailbox to Sync
- Logout and Log back in as user
- User can now open Email (Left Menu) and also email from the Address Book without Maximizer crashing/hanging
