Why is CRM important?
By Nelia Roberts.
I’ve seen many clients over the past 10 years of being in the CRM business and very often it seems that when you first approach them they have “no need” for a CRM system until they actually see what its capabilities are.
Typically the marketing department starts things off to bring the leads in, sales people take over to bring in the sales and then the customer services personnel look after the rest, until sales bring in more sales.
In the meantime, the debtors and creditors are making notes in the system to ensure all marketing, sales & services staff understand what the “background” and “current” situation is of this client by tagging information in colour for easy viewing & understanding. Red for a bad debtor, orange for a slow payer, blue for owing money – or however they would like to colour code the entries.
Should you need either a simple onsite solution, an online (or what they call “Cloud”) solution, mobility and ease-of-use all in one system then Maximizer CRM is likely to be good fit for your business.
Many systems are complex when it comes to usability and support is not always easy to find if the system is not local and some of them don’t allow for you your needs – not out-of-the-box anyway, unlike Maximizer CRM.
